Agent of Newcastle midfielder Guimaraes hits out at PSG rumours

Newcastle United midfielder Bruno Guimaraes' agent has taken to social media this week.

The Brazilian's agent Alexis Malavolta was seen in France this week and that has led to transfer speculation.

Guimaraes has been linked to Paris Saint-Germain in recent months by the French press.

Taking to X, formerly Twitter, Malavolta wrote: "Good morning. I would like to point out that I am in Paris for private and family reasons and not for work.

Please respect and don't make up stories. Bruno is very happy in Newcastle. THANKS!"

On his future, Guimaraes said recently: "I hope to stay much longer. I don't know what the future brings let's see, but I hope to play much more for Newcastle United."
